学院的专任教师队伍中，正、副教授33人，博士生导师1人，硕士生导师33人。全国师德标兵1人，“楚天学者”特聘教授1人，湖北省文史馆馆员1人。具有博士学位或正在攻读博士学位17人。另外，校外硕导及兼职教授近20人。

Among the whole team of School of Art, there are 33 professors and associate professors，1 PhD supervisor, 33 master supervisors，1 national ethical pioneer, and 17 teachers has PhD diploma or PhD candidates. There are more than 1200 students including undergraduates and postgraduates.
